Free trial
- Every account starts with a free trial, so you can try the full product before paying.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not published with the paid plan.
- Yearly plans: a full refund within 14 days of payment, then a prorated refund for the remaining full months.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 working days.
Cancelling
- You can cancel renewal at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
