Disconnect one account
- In Nasherly, open Channels and choose Disconnect next to the account. We delete its access tokens immediately.
Remove Nasherly from Facebook or Instagram
- Facebook: Settings → Security and login → Apps and websites → remove Nasherly.
- Instagram: Settings → Security → Apps and websites → remove Nasherly.
Delete your whole account
- Email support@nasherly.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete all your data — connected accounts, posts, statistics and files — within 30 days and confirm by email.
